Why is reframing not an effective solution for choice paralysis?
Reframing, or attempting to convince oneself that it doesn't matter which option is chosen, often fails because it relies on rational reasoning to override emotional responses. This approach does not address the underlying cognitive load and energy depletion caused by facing too many choices.
