I realized that the battle wasn't against food — it was against a misunderstanding of my own nature.

The Lie

Chapters 4–7. We explain the unemotional physics of your body. You will learn how fat is actually burned, why the scale lies to you, and how to build a simple, unbreakable daily rhythm.

Part 3Execution

Chapters 8–12. The execution. We will lock in your first 30 days, teach you how to defend your boundaries, and build the permanent physical architecture of your new body.
