A

Shoulder impingement syndrome occurs when the supraspinatus tendon is compressed between the humeral head and the acromion during overhead movements. This condition is often caused by poor posture, such as forward head and rounded shoulders, and an imbalance in strength between internal and external rotators due to a training focus on pressing movements without adequate external rotation work.

This is one answer. The complete system — the psychology, the biology, and the method — is in the book.
