What are the four phases of the supercompensation model?

A

The four phases are: Phase 1 - Fatigue, where performance drops below baseline; Phase 2 - Recovery, where the body repairs itself; Phase 3 - Supercompensation, where the body becomes stronger than before; and Phase 4 - Return to baseline, which occurs if no further training is done.

This is one answer. The complete system — the psychology, the biology, and the method — is in the book.
